Product training courses

Your own brand's products

At your request, we can set up customised training courses on machines you would like to see your sales people master perfectly.

From A4 to A3, from the office to print production rooms, we are able to create tailored training courses for your specific needs.

This phase of training ensures product knowledge, the first key stage for every sales person to be credible in their sales process.

Examples of training courses DataMaster has delivered:

- Your A3 color range
- Your A4 equipment
- Your production machines

Competing brands' products

Excellent product knowledge is necessary for proactive non-reactive positioning in the face of a multitude of alternatives.

Above all, the nature of the office equipment market with its fierce competition, means you have to know all competing machines as well.

What could be more professional than being able to answer any question on your own brand BUT also on the competition?  The professionalism of the sales person could not be better assured.

As a result, we are in a position to be able to present your equipment in a competitive context, and to give your sales people an overall perspective and a pragmatic approach to their marketplace.

Examples of training courses DataMaster has delivered:
- The A3 color range at Canon, Konica-Minolta, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba and Xerox;
- The A4 market;
- The ecological approach to the office equipment market;
- Theory and setup of your equipment and that of your competitors

The courses developed by the Training Department are split into two parts:  theory, and practice with hands-on setting up of the machines being studied.

Different software solutions

Capture and Workflow

The first training course dedicated to these solutions that DataMaster wanted to set up is a one-day course designed to set out the state of the market of capture and workflow software.

This workshop is in four parts:
1. Extension platforms
2. Removal of paper from, and the automation of, business processes
3. The leading solutions on the market
4. Pricing

The objective of this course is to get printing solutions professionals to complete their product approach with a software approach, and so present their customers with a complete and targeted service.
This workshop equally aims to provide general knowledge of capture solutions in their competitive context.
