Sharp has launched two new light production MFPs

10 December 2021

Sharp has launched two new light mono production models, developed to handle on-demand printing environments, the MXM1056 and MXM1206.

These new high-speed monochrome document systems have many enhancements such as: ease of use, security improvements, compatibility with the powerful Fiery print server.

The new models have a print speed of up to 120 ppm as well as a scan speed of 240 ppm. In addition, the maximum paper capacity reaches 13,500 sheets for even longer continuous printing.

For more professional business documents, the standard paper size is up to SRA3 and the paper weight is up to 300 g/m².

The multifunction printers also offer a wide range of advanced finishing features, including the new GBC SmartPunch Finisher for folding and hole-punching finished documents.

Always mindful of the usability of these multifunction printers, Sharp has implemented a 15.4-inch tilted color LCD touchscreen that gives its users full visibility of current operations.

Always connected, the multifunction printers provide access to an extensive list of cloud services, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, SharePoint Online and Dropbox.

The MXM1056 and MXM1206 offer resilient and advanced security features that can detect a malicious intrusion and restore firmware.
