The Ricoh Pro C901 and C901 S now on DMO

The new digital production presses from Ricoh, the Pro C901 (printer version) and Pro C901 S (MFP version) recently launched by the brand are substantially different to the existing range, the Pro C 900 and C 900 S.
The technology has moved on. These new presses use Ricoh's new PxP polymerized toner, and as a result no oil is used in the fuser unit.
Three external print servers are available as options:
- 2 from Fiery: the E-41 and the E-81
- 1 from Creo: the C-81
Performance has been boosted: automatic duplex printing can now be done on media up to 300 gsm (rather than 220 gsm at present).
The brand is also highlighting the fact that production can run without intervention for some time with the output capacity of 10,250 sheets if both of the two high-capacity stackers are used with the print engine.
